Travel RN - Acute Care Float Pool

Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality direct patient care in acute care (Med-Surg) units, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes. The nurse models proficiency, precepts new staff, and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care based on evidence-based practices. Prioritize wellness, patient-centered care, and collaborative teamwork. Support professional growth through precepting and continuous learning. Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges. Minimum one year of nursing experience. BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross with in-hand card prior to start.
