Role Registered Nurse supporting multiple hospitals within the acute care float pool. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritize safety and quality, model proficiency through precepting, and support evidence-based practice in a fast-paced environment. Key Duties Deliver care in specialty acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Contribute to positive patient outcomes Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (if RN licensure, 6 months RN experience, and BLS certification Ability to work day, night, or rotating shifts Additional Information Onsite role with competitive pay depending on experience, comprehensive professional development, and benefits supporting health, wellness, and financial security. #J-18808-Ljbffr
