Operations Leader- Mill Finish

Arconic is currently in search of Operations Leader to join our Mill Finishing Department based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The Operations Leader is accountable for providing leadership and direction to Production Teams and Operations Shift Coordinators in order to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal in a continuous improvement environment. Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Operations Leader is responsible to ensure a safe and productive environment.
