Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (Contract)

Ventura, CA | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Contract Position (9-10 Months)

Pay range $21-24 houry

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our team in Ventura. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate the onboarding process for new hires
• Contact applicants to schedule interviews and provide hiring updates
• Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support HR team with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
• Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding paperwork
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform general office and clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous administrative, customer service, recruiting, or HR experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

What We're Looking For

• Someone with minimum of 6 months experience in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Comfortable speaking with applicants and coordinating interviews

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Employment Type

• Full-Time Contract
• Approximately 9-10 months
