About the Role:
Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for a driven and creative Patient Growth & Marketing Specialist to join our dental practice in Orange, NJ. In this exciting role, you'll be the engine behind our patient acquisition and retention efforts, helping us connect with our community and grow our practice. If you're passionate about healthcare marketing and making a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute patient acquisition and retention marketing strategies to grow the practice
- Manage social media accounts, online presence, and digital advertising campaigns
- Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Healthgrades
- Coordinate community outreach events and local partnerships to increase brand awareness
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, patient conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with front office staff to optimize the new patient onboarding experience
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and patient communication workflows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a dental, medical, or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in social media management, SEO, and digital advertising platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a patient-centered mindset
- Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare marketing regulations is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
