The Role We're looking for a curious, creative, and data-driven Growth Marketing Associate to help grow Lotto.com across paid acquisition, organic social, and community channels. This role sits at the intersection of growth and brand. You'll support customer acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, and other channels while managing our social presence, engaging with our community, and helping shape how customers experience the Lotto.com brand online. You'll work closely with Growth, Creative, Product, Customer Support, and Compliance teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance, respond to customer feedback, and ensure our messaging is engaging, compliant, and effective. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across both performance marketing and brand building. What You'll Do Paid Acquisition & Growth Support paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels Assist with audience targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, and campaign optimization Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and scale Assist with campaign execution across CRM, OTT, and other growth initiatives Social Media & Community Engagement Plan, write, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other social platforms Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate approvals with Creative and Compliance teams Respond to user comments, direct messages, and community conversations across social channels Monitor brand sentiment and social conversations using Brandwatch and other listening tools Track social performance and contribute insights to monthly reporting Monitor and respond to App Store and Google Play reviews daily Analyze review sentiment and identify recurring themes, bugs, and customer feedback Share insights with Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience Help amplify customer success stories and major winner moments across marketing channels Support launches of new features through social content, blogs, and customer communications Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong writing and communication skills with a clear, concise, and conversational tone Comfort analyzing marketing performance data and identifying trends Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to execute recurring processes with minimal oversight A proactive, collaborative attitude and desire to learn across multiple areas of marketing Nice to Have Experience with Meta Business Suite, Brandwatch, Zendesk, JIRA, Contentful, or similar platforms Basic understanding of SEO best practices Experience working in a regulated industry such as gaming, fintech, healthcare, or financial services Interest in analytics, experimentation, and performance marketing Experience responding to app reviews, customer feedback, or online communities Why Join Lotto.com?
