You turn a signed scope into a shipped engine, coordinating strategists, designers, and specialists, keeping clients informed, and making sure nothing slips between stages.This is a hands-on delivery role, not a status-meeting role. You'll run multiple concurrent builds, spot risk before it becomes a problem, and keep every engagement moving toward a clean, documented handover.## What you'll own* Own project plans, timelines, and scope across concurrent engine builds.* Coordinate strategists, designers, and specialists to hit milestones.* Run client communication: kickoffs, updates, and handover.* Track deliverables, dependencies, and risk; unblock the team.* Keep documentation and playbooks current so clients own the result.* Improve our delivery process and templates as we scale.## What we're looking for* 3+ years managing marketing, web, or RevOps projects (agency or in-house).* A track record shipping multi-workstream projects on time and in scope.* Fluent, clear communication with senior stakeholders and clients.* Comfort with project tooling and modern marketing/RevOps stacks.* Professional English; Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus for LatAm work.## Nice to have* Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or paid-media delivery.* Background in a B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Industrial context.* Familiarity with AI-accelerated delivery workflows.ApplySend a short note on why you're a fit and a CV or portfolio.
