Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning/heat pump systems. Collaborate with design teams to ensure proper installation of HVAC systems according to specifications. Perform plumbing tasks as needed for system installations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the HVAC/R industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems. Ability to plumb and build components as required for system installations. Familiarity with air conditioning systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
