Traveling Registered Nurse

Facility: Bemidji Medical Center Location: Bemidji, MN Address: 1300 Anne St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: 3118 - 4158 Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge and applies appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in the assigned clinical setting. Responsibilities include caring for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up, and handling planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions, while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and relevant administrative rules. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (including AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing for the location of practice or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. At least one year of nursing experience. At least six months of travel experience. Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for. Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications. Benefits Weekly pay with stipend included in the weekly rate. Eligibility for Sanford benefits.
