The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating multi-axis machining centers as a single operator, while also being part of a team. This role focuses on the precise setup and operation of CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, compliance with safety protocols, and continuous improvement through cross-training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Set up multi-axis CNC machines for production runs
- Perform quality inspections to maintain product standards
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
- Operate CNC equipment efficiently and accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CNC operation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experienced in machine setup and blueprint reading
- Skilled in precision measurement and quality control
- Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
- Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
