The CNC Operator & Blower Assembler is responsible for operating CNC equipment, producing high-quality machined components, assembling blower units, and supporting overall production activities. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. •Operate CNC turning and milling equipment according to established work instructions. •Load and unload material and components safely and efficiently. •Perform part inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments. •Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and engineering drawings. •Monitor machine performance and identify quality concerns. •Perform simple tool changes, offsets, and routine preventive maintenance. •Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

Qualifications Required •Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. •Ability to read and follow work instructions. •Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. •Reliable attendance and positive team attitude.

POSITION – CNC Operator

JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 7:30am to 4:30pm

STARTING PAY – $30 to $35 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
