• Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Clinic
• Location: Golden Valley, Minnesota
• Job Type: Clinic Position
• Pay Rate: $24.50–$32.77 per hour (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Schedule: Day Shift
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Shift Window: Between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM \
• Weekends: No weekends
• On-Call: No call

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its outpatient clinic team in Golden Valley, Minnesota.

The LPN will support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while assisting with clinical operations and patient flow. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, organized, and committed to providing excellent patient service.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient assessments, treatment, and care coordination.
• Prepare patients for appointments and complete rooming procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as authorized and within the LPN scope of practice.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform designated clinical tests.
• Perform phlebotomy duties as assigned and qualified.
• Monitor and communicate patient concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Assist with telephone inquiries, prescription refill requests, and patient communications.
• Support prior authorizations and coordination of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Assist with clinic supplies and daily operational needs.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.

-> Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Practical Nurse (LPN/PN) license at the time of submission.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience working in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an outpatient clinical environment.
• Required documentation of active licensure and BLS certification.
