Position Highlights

Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Essex, Connecticut
Hours: 40 hours per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only
Role: 100% office-based outpatient primary care - all ages
Call Schedule: Established call group of physicians and APP's - Averages 3 weeks per year
Academic Opportunities: Ample academic opportunities to precept medical students and residents
EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
A collegial environment with access to expert medical specialists, excellent support staff inclusive of Nursing, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Specialists

Position Summary

Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Physician for an established, multi-provider, primary care practice in Cromwell, CT. The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers that have deep roots in the Middlesex area, many having practiced here for over 20 years.

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
A minimum of three years in primary care.
Active and unrestricted CT medical license
Active and unrestricted DEA license
