Kareem's Lebanese Kitchen 2 in Gaithersburg, MD is looking for passionate and energetic Servers and Bartenders to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and hospitable dining experience from start to finish
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair (Bartenders)
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the Lebanese menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
• Process payments, handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Keep dining and bar areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient service

Requirements:

• Previous full-service restaurant serving or bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer (Bartenders)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• TIPS and Food handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Must meet Maryland legal age requirements for serving alcohol
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
