• Drive sales revenue with industry-leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs to achieve the sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, sourcing, and other decision makers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account activities and timely support of customer needs.
• Support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including product presentations and solution design, with a focus on implementing Bizlink's interconnectivity connectivity solutions.
• Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process and product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide insightful product knowledge, stay informed on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to effectively highlight Bizlink's value propositions, address customer needs, and drive successful implementation of Bizlink's solutions.
• Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and alignment with business goals.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

• Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
