*TEKsystems is currently hiring for Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!* *Position:* Member Service Representative (Account Services Department) *Job Description* * To respond to inquiries and requests from members andother individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation * Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts * Advise members of other products and services that may fit theirneeds and provide opportunities for positive member interaction * Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily *Qualifications* * High School Diploma/ GED required * 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking) * Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment * Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills *Schedule:* * *Shift times* range between the hours of *12:30pm - 11:30pm CST *(after training) * Monday-Saturday (Will have 1 rotating off day during the week) **MUST have a 6 day availability to work *Training: * * Fully ONSITE - Monday- Friday, *7:30am CST-4:00pm CST * * *NO Time Off* during Training: July 27th - September 23rd * *Start Date: July 27th * If interested, please apply with updated resume and complete the application questions.
