Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate supervisory skills. The role requires flexibility, including floating to other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and education.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years of technical nursing experience: Preferred
• Demonstrated supervisory skills or prior supervisory experience: Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy: Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS): Required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS): Required
• S.T.A.B.L.E Certification (STABLE): Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification: Preferred
• Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification: Preferred

Additional Information

This position may require working night shifts and floating to multiple locations as necessary. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a collaborative team approach.
