Since we are looking for skilled workers, our Hiring Bonus is commensurate. After successfully attaining the first six months of employment, a $1,100 bonus will be awarded to the employee. Upon successfully attaining one year of employment, a $1,100 bonus will be awarded to the employee. (Note: Restrictions do apply, please ask for further details) Member Service Representative Responsibilities Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, fund transfers, and cash advances. Respond to member inquiries and resolve problems related to their accounts in person or online. Open new accounts, close existing accounts, process debit card requests, update account information such as a change of address. Educate members on the features and benefits of the Credit Union's offerings, such as loans, credit cards, share certificates, and online banking. Accurately balance a cash drawer and verify daily transactions to ensure the cash total is correct. Follow strict security and confidentiality protocols, including identity verification and compliance with credit union regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
