Position Overview

As an Entry Level Closer, you will work directly with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs, present coverage options, and help them make informed decisions.

You'll learn how to guide customers through the insurance buying process, build long-term relationships, and close new business while working alongside experienced insurance professionals and sales leaders.

What You'll Do

Client Consultation & Sales

• Speak with prospective clients to evaluate insurance needs

• Present customized insurance solutions from a broad carrier portfolio

• Educate customers on coverage options, pricing, and policy benefits

• Guide clients through the quoting, application, and enrollment process

• Build trust and establish long-term client relationships

• Follow up with prospects and referral opportunities

Business Development

• Generate and manage sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead activity

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistent follow-up schedule

• Develop relationships with real estate, mortgage, and business referral partners

• Work toward weekly and monthly production goals

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing sales, insurance, and product training

• Learn Goosehead's proven consultative sales process

• Develop negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills

• Work closely with leadership and mentors to accelerate growth
