The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a 3-to-5-year development plan, with a focus on securing approximately $10M in annual revenue. This role demands a strategic and highly collaborative leader with a proven track record in fundraising, including the ability to solicit and close 6- and 7-figure gifts. The VP of Development will also be tasked with managing a high-performing team, providing oversight to regional development teams, and maintaining a personal donor portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of work experience, including at least five years in senior external leadership/fundraising roles, and a strong commitment to the mission of the organization.
