Digital Platform Administrator

Location: Remote

Hours: Some flexibility but ideally someone open to pacific hours

Duration: 6 month contract

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee platform performance, maintaining staging, development sites and synchronization activities. Includes but not limited to, upgrades, UAT, system logs, test scripts, QA, etc.
• Technically maintain current Khoros-based platforms, including but not limited to site hierarchy, permissions and access, content maintenance, external API calls, and guiding correct usage of the platform's tools, and third-party connectors.
• Work closely with Product Managers on technical improvements to the community, by defining requirements, establishing milestones, overseeing progress, defining testing criteria, and ensuring quality.
• Manage complex cross-functional technical projects and teams.
• Create documentation to support business processes and community programs.
• Manage the intake process to launch new community programs/areas and the community support queue.
• Community mailbox platform related Inquiries, requests administration and prioritization.
• Ability to advise and train users in the use of complex systems/applications and effectively prepare specifications and other written reports/documentation in a clear and concise style.
• Identify and implement areas for improvement in setup, maintenance and customization processes.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Administrative experience with the Khoros Community platform or similar preferred.
• Adaptable to working in a very fast paced and changing environment with the ability to prioritize many demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong track record in preparing reports with qualitative and quantitative data, insights and analytics, to communicate trends and value of community to stakeholders.
• Experience with monitoring and reporting tools (eg. Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Hotjar, Tableau).
