• The candidate can support Medi-Cal Members (beneficiaries) by leading a team that coordinates transportation for eligible medical-related appointments.
• These include doctor visits, prescription pickups, physical therapy, and other approved services.
• This leadership role ensures timely, accurate processing of transportation requests in alignment with DHCS guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
• Minimum six years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
• Experience working with customer relationship management tools, computer software, and telephone technology.
