As a Regional Operations Manager for the DC/VA/MD region, your daily responsibilities will revolve around ensuring effective operations that aligns with our values. You will oversee field operations, coordinating efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations. Each day, you'll ensure that installation & maintenance operations meet performance standards. Your role will involve regular participation in project delivery meetings, where you will track progress and address any challenges.

To thrive as a Regional Operations Manager in the DC/VA/MD region, several essential skills and competencies are necessary. First, strong leadership abilities are crucial for guiding your team effectively in executing projects on time and within budget, ensuring they adhere to specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
