Pathology Report Coordinator I

Labcorp seeks a Report Coordinator I for its Phoenix laboratory to manage case distribution, work queues, and client inquiries. The position operates on a hybrid shift schedule and requires comfort with biological specimens and fast-paced laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

• Assign and distribute laboratory cases to appropriate personnel
• Monitor and manage work queues to ensure timely processing
• Coordinate consults and external send-out testing arrangements
• Process internal test add-ons and communicate with laboratory teams
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries and operational issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to handle and accurately identify biological specimens
• Pass standardized color blindness test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• One or more years of medical/clinical laboratory or healthcare industry experience (preferred)
