Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking a motivated Craft Recruiter to join our team in Houston, TX! If you're passionate about connecting skilled trades professionals with great career opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and interview skilled trades candidates for construction, manufacturing, and industrial positions. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified craft professionals. Post job openings, search job boards, and utilize social media and networking to attract candidates. Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and hiring documentation. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, or staffing. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and online recruiting tools. Preferred Experience in staffing or workforce solutions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
