A regional recruitment agency is seeking a Recruiter I to connect job seekers with entry-level opportunities across the Gulf Coast region. The successful candidate will establish employer partnerships, host hiring events, and assist applicants in navigating job applications and interviews. With a focus on improving labor force participation, this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to service, with an education background in human resources or related fields.
