Workday Systems Supervisor - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Oversees day-to-day operations while partnering with HR stakeholders to support effective system functionality, process improvements, and user adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day Workday system support and ticket resolution.Assign and monitor team workload; ensure SLA adherence.Guide configuration activities within Recruiting and Onboarding modules and ensure accuracy and compliance.Support implementation of process improvements and system updates.Ensure training materials and documentation are current.Act as escalation point for complex issues.Support testing activities and Workday releases within assigned modules.Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to support business requirements and operational needs.Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.6–8 years of HRIS/Workday experience with expertise in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding modules.1–2 years of supervisory, team lead, project lead, or informal leadership experience.Experience supporting Workday configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and operational processes.Prior supervisory experience preferred.CompetenciesTeam leadership and coachingOperational executionProcess oversight and complianceProblem resolution (moderately complex)Stakeholder collaborationOrganization and prioritizationContinuous improvement mindsetTeam Aligned Flexiblity - The baseline expectation that employees and owners may perform work from home, an office, a client site, or other relevant business locations, within‑person attendance required when business needs, collaboration, client service, development, or travel warrant it.
