Events Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands‑on experience in event coordination within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities. Support event logistics to ensure smooth daily operations. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Help manage attendee flow and create a positive guest experience. Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces. Provide excellent customer service during event activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Gather attendee feedback and assist with post‑event evaluations. Represent the company professionally during all events and promotional activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and customer‑focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
