Real Estate Junior Associate Attorney
Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $235,000–$260,000
A leading national law firm is seeking a highly qualified Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of substantive transactional experience to join its growing Denver team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate matters while gaining direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility, and hands-on training within a collaborative national practice.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with:
Real estate finance, representing lenders and/or borrowers
Real estate joint ventures
Purchase and sale agreements
General commercial real estate transactions
Land use and development, which is a plus
The Associate Attorney will work directly with partners and senior attorneys on high-value transactions for national and regional clients. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, analyzing complex legal issues, managing transactions with appropriate supervision, and communicating directly with clients and deal teams.
The firm is also interested in Associate Attorneys currently practicing at top national or Am Law firms in major financial markets, including New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and San Francisco, who are interested in relocating to Denver while continuing to work on sophisticated, high-value matters.
QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school
2–3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience
Significant experience with real estate finance, joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and commercial real estate transactions
Experience with land use and development preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage transactions with appropriate supervision
Excellent communication and client-service skills
Strong academic credentials
Colorado Bar admission required, or ability to waive in
Interest in hands-on training and early client responsibility
