Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a leading electronics manufacturing company in Montevideo, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality electronic components in a team-oriented environment while supporting efficient production operations. What You'll Do as a Assembler:

• Assemble electronic components and attach hardware
• Connect component lead wires according to specifications
• Adjust and trim materials to achieve required electrical characteristics
• Crimp, solder, cement, press-fit, and secure parts during assembly processes
• Operate equipment used for alignment, masking, potting, encapsulating, epoxy application, and color coding
• Read work orders and follow production drawings and sample assemblies

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Positive attendance history and strong reliability
• Excellent finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
