Graphic Designer

Production Artist | Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support the creation, adaptation, and delivery of high-volume marketing and creative assets. This role is responsible for preparing production-ready files, executing revisions, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce, update, and finalize creative assets for print, digital, social media, email, and marketing campaigns.
• Execute quick-turn revisions and versioning based on stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare production-ready files that meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and channels.
• Review files for accuracy, layout integrity, typography, image quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and account managers to meet tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organize and maintain digital assets, templates, and production files.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend solutions to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat
• Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset requirements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage a high volume of projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Preferred:

• Experience working in an agency, in-house creative team, or marketing environment.
• Familiarity with project management systems and digital asset management tools.
• Experience with variable data, template-driven design, or large-scale versioning projects.
