Immediate start date with a 3-month assignment offering comprehensive medical benefits and flexible reimbursements—perfect for experienced OT professionals seeking stability and growth.Quick FactsLocation: 2600 Greenwood Road, Shreveport, LA 71103Start Date: 09/21/2026End Date: 12/19/2026Shift: 8-Hour Days (07:30-16:00 or 07:00-15:30)Hours/Week: 40 hoursEmployment Type: ContractLicenses/Certifications: Current LA OT license requiredExperience: 1+ years in inpatient/outpatient settingsPay & BenefitsHourly Pay Rate: $60.30Benefits: Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with all applicable lawsLicensure/certification and travel reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll DoProvide therapy services to patients with various diagnoses including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputations, and complex medical casesAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and develop personalized treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesManage a caseload independently within inpatient and outpatient settingsSupport post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, and pediatric patients as neededDocument patient progress accurately using EMR systems (Meditech Expanse, Wellsky, AOD)What You NeedCurrent Louisiana OT license1+ years of relevant inpatient or outpatient experienceAbility to assist with ADLs and work well in a team environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsAbout the AssignmentThis role is based at a prominent healthcare facility in Shreveport, focusing on inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and outpatient therapy.
