This position offers the perfect balance of autonomy and meaningful client interaction.As a BCBA with Treetop ABA, you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise and train Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional ABA services.Key responsibilities include:Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plansConduct assessments and analyze data to track client progressSupervise, train, and mentor Behavior TechniciansCollaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality careMaintain timely and accurate documentation of all client servicesStay informed on the latest ABA research, trends, and best practices The Treetop ABA Therapy
