• Salary: $80,000-$95,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities

• Sign-on bonus available
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Weekends! WFH options available.
• Hybrid role: combining remote work with in-person client sessions. This position offers the perfect balance of autonomy and meaningful client interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings , case reviews, and professional development

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required)
• Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus
