Personal Lines Associate Account Manager

We are seeking a Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Perform all clerical duties related to customer support Provide support to the Sales team Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of the organization Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

High school diploma or equivalent, required 1-2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, preferred Property & Casualty License, preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, preferred Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a plus
