Phlebotomy Supervisor - Full Time

Responsibilities Employee may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided. Keeps current on and complies with phlebotomy practices for all ages and populations. Utilizes the appropriate phlebotomy supplies for population specific blood draws to ensure patient safety and well‑being. Adapts language and communication techniques to convey pertinent information to patients of different ages, cultures, and populations. Qualifications Education : Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma required. Certifications / Licenses : Valid Phlebotomy certification from the State of California. Current BLS required. Experience : Previous experience in a clinical laboratory is required. Experience in a leadership, lead, or supervisor role. Benefit Highlights Challenging and rewarding work environment.
