Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
• Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative nursing programs, or post-acute care strongly preferred.
• Must be able to perform documentation in electronic medical records systems. Experience with SNF-focused EMR platforms preferred.
