Job Title: Business Analyst

Skills Required:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to play a critical role on this large complex program. The BA will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• The BA will gather and analyze company data to identify needs and recommend solutions, working across teams to eliminate redundancies and improve overall operations.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of business operations and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Build strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and external partners.
• nalyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Elicit, document, and analyze requirements for projects, processes, or systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation in JIRA, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, use cases, and user stories.
• Ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly by the project team.
• Collaborate with the project team to determine the level of effort and prioritize the implementation of features and migration of applications.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.
• ssist in the development and execution of user acceptance test plans to ensure the quality of the delivered solution.
• Validate that implemented solutions meet specified requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users during and after the implementation.
• Identify and communicate risks associated with the project.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years proven experience as a BA, preferably on large, complex projects
• Strong understanding of business operations and objectives
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and optimization
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage project requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• bility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or specialized software to extract insights
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and security best practices

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in JIRA for requirement management
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and custom integrations
• Familiarity with out-of-the-box configurations for access management systems
• Knowledge of access management principles
