The Role This is an exciting opportunity to build and own the product and underwriting engine of Mitti Insurance - a Lloyd’s Coverholder MGA writing commercial property and GL across 10 states. This role will be accountable for book quality, profitability, underwriting authority, and product development. What you'll be doing Own underwriting decisions within binding authority, including referral approvals, exception handling, and appetite framework maintenance Design and execute property insurance programs covering CAT strategy, reinsurance structures, portfolio pricing, and risk appetite Research, develop, and file new products and enhancements across ISO and proprietary forms, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines in multiple states Develop and maintain policy forms across all lines, including coverage carve-outs, enhancements, and protective language Work with capacity partners and reinsurers to set pricing strategy and risk assessment standards for programs and individual referrals Monitor #J-18808-Ljbffr Mitti
