Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and create treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Independently conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies.
• Provide services to both inpatient and outpatient adult populations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current California State License as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certification in BLS and CCC-SLP.
• Experience in acute care and adult outpatient settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
• Proficiency with Epic charting systems preferred.
