HRIT Integration & Data AnalystApex Systems, the Nation’s 2nd largest Technical Staffing and Services Firm, has an opening for HRIT Integration Analyst for a Large Hospitality company in Chicago for a 24-month contract plus extensions and ability to convert to full time employment.Key Notes:60% Integrations for HR applications (ADP, PeopleSoft, Corner Stone, Saba)40% Data & Analytics (creating dashboards and reviewing data for business leaders to make decisions (Tableau, AlterX, data modeling)PURPOSE: This position plays a major role in the design, programming, testing, implementation, and support of inbound/outbound integrations for all of Hyatts HR applications - i.e. ADP, PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, Taleo, Saba, etc. The HRIT Integration & Data Analyst will partner with various internal customers and external vendors to ensure that all interfaces are processed correctly and contain accurate information. Will also partner with the Reporting and Analytics team to provide support as needed.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Acquire knowledge of HR applications and data and how it is utilizedTroubleshoot interfaces/resolve issuesSolicit requirements from customers for new integrations, translate into specification document for handover to vendor for developmentPerform testing before handing to customerMaintain documentation libraryPartner with Reporting & Analytics team to provide Reporting and Analytics supportEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:2-3 years experience providing technical support on one or more of the following applications - ADP, PeopleSoft, Taleo, Saba, Cornerstone2-3 years HRIS or IT experienceMicrosoft Office proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)Experience with case tracking system such as Service NowEffective analytical/problem solving skillsExperience with report-writing and/or data analytics tools a plusExcellent interpersonal skills required with a strong customer service orientationStrong oral and written communication skillsEDUCATION:Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceAbout Apex Systems:Training and Development programs - We have a webinar series with global experts who deliver 3-4 technical and leadership webinars a month around hot topics/technologies such as Agile, DevOps, Angular, Node, React, JavaScript, .NET Core, Java 8/9, Redux, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc. Many of these webinars are worth certification credits for major certifying bodies such as PMI, IIBA, and CompTIA (i.e. PDU, CDU, and CEU credits).
