ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an accountant before taking a sabbatical and discovering a new passion for insurance. After spending six years as a State Farm team member, I opened my own agency.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. We proudly support foster care programs for children and families, partner with MedWish to help provide medical supplies around the world, and are passionate about making a positive impact in our community.

Jinisha Patel - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
