This role is essential for ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, combining technical expertise with leadership and project management skills.

Project Oversight: Supervise and participate in construction projects, ensuring structures are built according to blueprints and specifications, and completed on schedule and within budget. 

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, unskilled workers, and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving on-site challenges. 

Technical Execution: Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, joinery, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately. 

Quality Control: Inspect work regularly to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards. 

Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA guidelines, conduct safety inspections, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on-site. 

Client and Project Coordination: Communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to address project needs, schedule adjustments, and emergency repairs. 

Reporting: Provide progress updates to supervisors or project managers and maintain accurate records of work completed.
