Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in carpentry
- Knowledge of demolition, framing, drywall, insulation, and millwork
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Perform frame carpentry and drywall installation to meet project specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools to construct and repair structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to maintain workflow and safety.
- Execute trim carpentry tasks and assist in various construction-related activities as needed.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the construction process.
