What You’ll Be Doing Managing and overseeing warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Leading and motivating a team to achieve daily goals and maintain high performance. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper stock organization. Implementing processes to optimize workflow and productivity. Ensuring safety standards are met, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management. Proven management experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
