We’re looking for an energetic, hospitality driven Floor Manager to join the leadership team at a busy, high volume entertainment venue.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day front-of-house operation, motivating the team, ensuring smooth service, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support all Front of House operations.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members.
- Ensure efficient service during high volume shifts.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Work closely with management to drive sales and operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of proven hospitality restaurant management experience.
- High energy, positive, and approachable leadership style.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- With the ability to frequently move about the property and perform tasks.
- A leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team.
