Adams & Reese is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Practice And Billing Coordinator to join our legal team in Atlanta. This vital role combines legal administrative expertise with project management skills to streamline litigation processes, manage billing operations, and organize a partner's large volume practice. Duties

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of litigation case files, from the initial conflicts clearing and file opening process to ensuring that all time worked on the case files are ready for billing each month by the deadline.
• Oversee billing processes using legal billing software, in conjunction with coordination of the firm's Billing Specialist(s) assigned to the attorney(s).
• Assist attorneys with legal drafting, proofreading, and document review to ensure precision and clarity in all legal communications
• Maintain and organize document management systems, iManage, to facilitate quick retrieval of case information.
• Support litigation activities by preparing and filing documents with courts or agencies, and managing data entry tasks.
• Conduct daily interaction with other attorneys across the firm working on the matters with the Partner to update a daily status report for the clients.
• Provide executive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling phone etiquette professionally, and organizing files efficiently
