Litigation Associate

We have partnered with our client, a national law firm, in a search for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their litigation practice group in Atlanta, GA. This is a perfect opportunity for a dynamic litigator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs
- Collaborate with litigation team in developing litigation strategies
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia
- At least 3 years' experience in commercial litigation or insurance defense litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
