Tax Strategy Director, Restructuring

Alvarez & Marsal in Dallas seeks a Director of Restructuring Tax Services to lead complex tax engagements for debtors, creditors, and other parties within distressed restructurings. You will build financial models, oversee tax planning, and mentor junior staff while delivering data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations to clients and firm leadership. The role requires a strong background in mergers & acquisitions tax, 7+ years at a Big4/BigLaw, CPA/JD or similar, and exceptional #J-18808-Ljbffr Alvarez & Marsal
