Supervisory Program Analyst

Job Title
The role involves overseeing budget analysts and Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) to deliver IT support for the SAP Platform, ensuring a balance between cost, schedule, and performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing IT program execution across financial and acquisition lifecycles.
- Monitoring contract vehicle performance and managing COR activities.
- Advising senior leaders on program issues using budget and contract management expertise.
- Collaborating with the DLA Contracting Support Office and J6TE for technical and programmatic understanding.
- Developing organizational processes and workflows for audit readiness and streamlined tracking.
- Identifying training needs and establishing onboarding and mentorship structures.
